SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days by UPS Ground, so please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges are added to each order based on the shipping rate table. Additional shipping charges apply on all overnight delivery and expedited orders.

DAMAGED ITEMS: All of our items are carefully packaged by experienced people for shipment to you. Occasionally however breakage may occur. If this happens to you please notify us promptly by phone, fax, or e-mail so we can ship replacements to you. Each order will be insured by UPS so they will want to come by and inspect the damage so please hold on to the items and packaging materials until they inspect the damage. Once UPS verifies the damage you may discard the items and packaging. There is no need to ship them back to us.
